
Meet Lauren
I am a biologist, a yoga and meditation guide, nature journal facilitator, a space holder and a seeker. A deep love, respect and reverence for nature drives my spiritual path. I feel kinship with all the more-than-human life on this planet and respect the power, beauty and energy in living and non-living world.

My intention is to help you find your way back to your deepest sense of Self, your connection to spirit, your own Wild True Nature. I offer workshops and retreats for anyone looking for solace, grounding and healing in the energy of nature. Practices of meditation, yoga, nature journaling and forest bathing will allow you to slow down and remind you of your own innate wisdom, power and autonomy.
Our Offerings
I offer workshops and programs that help you land back in your body, into your connection with spirit, and into the moment. I believe time in nature, away from devices, to-do lists, and the voice of culture allow us to return to ourselves, to hear the quiet, insistent voice inside, to follow our own inner guidance system to a right fit life.
What I want most is to remind you of your own autonomy, your bodily sovereignty, your own inner wisdom that already knows what is best for you. Together we will create your own rituals and practices that allow you to feel more connected, curious, creative, playful, peaceful and in alignment with yourself.
